Iran’s young researchers has succeeded to design and produce a 3D human anatomy simulator software. The software is designed based on the findings of CT scans, MRIs and anatomical atlases.
The ability to autopsy by medical students in cyberspace, reducing the cost of body and moulage keeping and making the whole body or part of it using 3D printers are the features of this software are. With this technology, the use of corpses to describe and train the medical students is much reduced. This software can also be used in the field of surgeries.
